What You'll Do Reporting to the Terminal Director and the Human Resources Director at Headquarters , the Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic HR partner and the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and Headquarters, ensuring effective communication and alignment on HR matters and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, employment changes, offboarding, and HR administration processes. Implement and ensure compliance with global HR policies, procedures, local labor legislation, and company standards. Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures.



Coordinate and support performance management processes, including annual performance reviews and related HR initiatives. Lead the local implementation of HR projects, processes, and initiatives driven by Headquarters. Manage daily HR operations, ensuring accurate employee records, HR documentation, and data integrity within HR systems. Coordinate monthly payroll processes in collaboration with external payroll providers, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution. Manage and monitor time and attendance processes, including working hours, overtime, leave management, absenteeism, and related employee records. Support compensation and benefits processes, including payroll-related payments, allowances, employee benefits, and other HR programs. Prepare and analyze HR reports, workforce metrics, and payroll-related reports for Headquarter, management, and official governmental requirements. Support HR budgetin
