You handle configurations, installations, and break/fix events while pursuing professional certifications and expanding domain knowledge. You work closely with cross‐functional teams to support installations and project lifecycles. You will contribute to documented procedures and engage with customers through presentations. This is a growth path into higher responsibility in a dynamic, diverse environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Owns larger portions of an installation and break/fix incidents of low to medium complexity across the project lifecycle Troubleshoots and resolves problems during projects; escalates complex issues to third parties when needed Assists with documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover Manages project administration such as time capture and stakeholder feedback Performs elementary customer presentations and takes guidance from senior resources on relevant technologies Demonstrates proactive, hands‐on approach and follows best practices in specialization areas Contributes to task execution as required by project needs Responsabilità Developing proficiency in Microsoft technologies (HPE, DELL, VMware, Veeam) Developing basic project and administration capabilities Understanding fundamental design principles and compute layers Ability to grasp project and administration processes Strong learning orientation and client service mindset Good verbal communication and hands‐on approach Bachelor in Information Technology or Computing or related field Relevant certifications (HPE Proliant, 3 PAR, Primera, Alletra, Simplicity, MSA Storage; Dell Power Edge; Unity, Power Store; VMware VCTA-DVC; Dell Information Storage; DCA-ISM; Veeam; Veritas Netbackup; Azure Fundamentals) Requisiti fondamentali #J-18808-Ljbffr
