The Mandarin Oriental, Milan is seeking a Pastry Commis de Partie to assist senior pastry chefs in preparing, cooking and presenting desserts and baked goods within the Pastry Department. The role requires meticulous hygiene, mise en place organisation and daily operation of the pastry section.
You will report to the Pastry Sous Chef and must have at least 1 year in pastry or related fields, with strong HACCP knowledge and a commitment to high standards of quality and safety.
