About the Role We are looking for an experienced Video Editor with a strong background in AI and technology content. This is not an entry-level rôle . We're looking for someone who has already worked on AI-focused You Tube channels, tech brands, Saa S products and understands how to make complex topics engaging, visually compelling, and easy to understand. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. Our priority is hiring someone who can consistently produce world‐class content and contribute to building one of the best AI‐focused media brands. Key Responsibilities Edit high‐quality long‐form and short‐form videos focused on AI, technology, startups, software, and productivity. Transform scripts into engaging visual stories using motion graphics, animations, B‐roll, screenshots, screen recordings, and stock footage. Create fast‐paced, retention‐focused edits optimized for You Tube and social media. Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound design, zooms, and visual effects that improve viewer engagement.



Incorporate AI‐generated visuals and leverage AI tools to improve editing workflows. Maintain consistency in branding, pacing, and storytelling across all content. Collaborate closely with the content and creative teams to continuously improve video quality. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of professional video editing experience. Proven experience editing AI, technology, Saa S, software, startup content. Strong portfolio demonstrating high‐quality You Tube or tech‐related video edits. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects. Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling. Excellent understanding of pacing, hooks, audience retention, and You Tube editing styles. Experience sourcing and integrating stock footage, icons, animations, and screen recordings. Ability to independently understand technical concepts and visualize them effectively using AI. What We're Looking For
