Sanofi in Milan is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist on a VIE contract to support local PV activities in line with global and local regulations. You will help ensure safe use of Sanofi products and collaborate with international teams to manage safety data and deliver training within the organization.
The role requires 1–2 years in PV, knowledge of regulations, and strong English skills. An Italian language advantage is noted.
