The Marketing Leader DETECT will build, lead, and coordinate all global marketing activities for the DETECT business unit of Standex Electronics. This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for developing the global marketing strategy, setting up modern marketing processes and tools, and executing impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth. This role is pivotal in building global brand awareness, ensuring alignment and consistency across regional marketing initiatives, and driving demand generation in collaboration with the global sales organization. Key objectives include Developing and implementing a global marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Coordinating regional marketing activities to ensure message consistency and branding alignment. Building and strengthening DETECT's brand presence across key industries and markets. Driving lead generation in close collaboration with global sales. What You'll Do Define, execute, and manage DETECT's global marketing strategy with measurable impact on brand awareness and lead generation.



Coordinate marketing efforts across regions (EMEA, Americas, and Asia‐Pacific) to ensure alignment and best‐practice sharing. Manage DETECT's brand identity globally, ensuring consistent communication in line with new corporate branding initiatives. Oversee digital marketing channels (web, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing) to increase visibility and generate leads. Develop compelling, technically relevant content for websites, campaigns, and customer communication. Partner closely with global sales to plan and execute campaigns that support revenue goals. Plan and manage product launches, events, and trade shows in alignment with product management. Monitor and report marketing KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and campaign ROI. Manage marketing budgets effectively and drive continuous improvement in marketing ROI.
