Experteer Overview In this Finance & FP&A; role, you will blend FP&A; with cross-functional business partnering to enable strategic decisions and financial governance for the mRNA Business Unit within Pharma Services. You'll support planning cycles, reporting, and KPI-driven insights while driving productivity initiatives and continuous improvement. The role offers exposure across Finance, Operations, Commercial and Engineering in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. You will shape financial visibility and governance to support growth and productivity.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly Forecast and Long-Range Planning processes
Assist monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting (MBR/QBR)
Perform financial analysis on revenue, expenses, inventory, working capital and CapEx
Develop financial models and business cases for strategic decisions
Build and maintain dashboards and BI tools for financial visibility
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering,



Project Management and Commercial teams to translate activities into financial insights
Support customer business cases, investment evaluations and strategic initiatives
Contribute to financial governance and decision support for strategic programs
Proactively identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable financial recommendations
Support identification, validation and tracking of Productivity Initiatives (PPI) and monitor savings against targets
Develop and maintain PPI dashboards and financial trackers
Collaborate with Monza PPI organization to improve governance and reporting
Identify opportunities to simplify processes through automation and digital tools
Improve data quality, reporting efficiency and financial transparency
Support continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and Operations
Responsabilità 1-3 years of FP&A;, Finance or Business Controlling experience
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Experience in a multinational manufacturin
