Role Purpose The Regional EHS Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight of Environmental, Health & Safety performance across multiple projects in Italy. The role is responsible for driving compliance, promoting a positive safety culture, supporting operational teams, and ensuring the effective implementation of Kirby's EHS Management System. Key Responsibilities Lead and support EHS teams across the region. Monitor regional EHS performance, KPIs, audits, incidents, and compliance activities. Ensure consistent implementation of the EHS Management System across all projects. Lead serious incident investigations and oversee corrective and preventative actions.
