About the role As the E-Commerce Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial growth and performance of a portfolio of strategic international e-commerce accounts across Europe. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams, you will identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the expansion of the company's international e-commerce business. This is a highly commercial, hands‐on role for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced international environment and enjoys turning insights into measurable business results.



Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic international e-commerce accounts across multiple European markets. Build and strengthen long‐term relationships with key online retail partners to drive sustainable business growth. Analyze sell‐out performance and commercial data to identify growth opportunities and improve business results. Develop and execute action plans to maximize account performance and accelerate commercial growth. Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding existing accounts and onboarding new e-commerce partners. Lead commercial negotiations, annual business reviews, and joint business planning with strategic customers. Ensure strong execution across assortment, pricing, promotional investments, and commercial initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross‐functional teams to execute successful commercial strategies.
