Role Description The candidate will be responsible for the commercial management and development of their area at end customers (car washes, truck washes, detailing centers, service stations, etc.) promoting the company's products and services to existing and new clients. In detail, responsibilities include: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of service. Search for new business opportunities with new professional realities.
Visit clients regularly to initiate and conduct commercial negotiations that can lead to post‐sale activities, ensuring customer satisfaction. Enter orders and deliveries, working closely with back‐office, sales assistants and logistics to guarantee the best level of service to the customer, fully respecting company guidelines. Interface with the technical team for autonomously managing uncomplicated installations. Provide the commercial direction with reports concerning the business performance in the area of reference. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows (especially Excel). Ability to use order‐entry systems. Technical product knowledge, experience and passion for the automotive‐care world is a plus. Good CRM software knowledge. Strong customer orientation and empathy.
