Company Hillenbrand is a global industrial company providing engineered processing equipment and solutions to customers in over 100 countries. What you will do Provide first and second level support for engineering applications (Solid Works, COMOS, ECTR, etc.). Diagnose and resolve incidents across integrated engineering systems. Support and monitor integrations between engineering systems and ERP platforms. Perform routine system checks, configuration changes, updates, and patches. Deliver user training and onboarding for engineering tools. Location Ferrara, Italy. The candidate will be primarily based at the office, with the possibility of remote work after the onboarding phase (up to 2 days per week). Requirements Experience supporting engineering, CAD, or PLM systems in an enterprise environment.



Practical understanding of integrated application landscapes. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. Experience working in an international or multi-site organization. Fluent in English, written and spoken Nice to have German language skills are an advantage.
