SAMSIC HR ITALIA Filiale di Rivoli is looking for a key asset in the furniture and interior finishes sector. The selected resources will have a central role in the store, handling the complete customer journey from welcome, technical design to closing the commercial deal. Candidates will be placed in one of the following departments and sites based on their specific skills. Departments & Locations Porte & Infissi – Store di Roma Nomentana and Roma Tiburtina Cucine – Store di Roma Gregna Bagni & Pavimenti – Store di Roma Tiburtina, Roma Eur and Roma Gregna Responsibilities Welcome the customer in showroom and conduct an in‐depth analysis of their residential needs. Provide dedicated technical consulting and develop tailor‐made design solutions for the assigned department (Cucine, Porte/Infissi or Bagni/Superfici). Plan the environment with an eye on aesthetics,



functionality and material selection. Manage the entire commercial negotiation autonomously and prepare detailed quotations. Develop and nurture the client portfolio, liaising with private customers, architects and industry professionals. Collaborate actively with suppliers and the internal team to ensure service excellence and correct order fulfillment. Qualifications Proven seniority in consultative selling and design within the furniture sector, with a specific focus on Cucine, Porte/Infissi or Bagni/Pavimenti. Ability to manage the complete sales process and post‐sales independently. Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and strong result orientation. Willingness to operate at one of the sites listed according to specialization. Having an active client portfolio (private customers or architecture studios) is a highly valued advantage.
