Your Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Operations Controller to act as a strategic partner to Operations Management, driving manufacturing performance, efficiency, and cost optimization through rigorous financial control and analytical insight. The role will focus on costing, variance analysis, budgeting, and investment control, ensuring that all industrial areas operate in line with group targets and financial standards. The ideal candidate will combine financial discipline with a deep understanding of operations processes, cost drivers, and manufacturing KPIs, partnering closely with Operations to ensure alignment between financial performance and production efficiency. Main Responsabilities Operations Controlling & Cost Management: Ov
