Strategic Account Manager (Saa S): Managing and growing enterprise relationships within the strategic accounts segment with an accent on the full sales lifecycle from prospect to renewal. Focus on solution selling of the Hashi Corp software suite, leveraging MEDDPICC methodology, and driving adoption across development, IT operations, and security teams. Location: Rome, Italy. What you will do Engage and manage strategic enterprise accounts to demonstrate value through the company's technology portfolio. Lead sophisticated enterprise sales campaigns involving cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. Execute the ALEER go-to-market strategy to land, expand, extend, and renew customer contracts. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of revenue and new business opportunities. Perform accurate weekly sales forecasting and opportunity qualification using MEDDPICC.



Align technical solutions with customer business needs and pain points. Requirements Native-like Spanish language proficiency required. Around 5 years of extensive strategic sales experience with a track record of closing enterprise deals. Proven expertise in security, open-source software, cloud, and infrastructure software. Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Slack, and Tableau. Bachelor's Degree required. Nice to have Master's Degree.
