municipalitiesBuilding market presence in new territoriesLeading demonstrations and commercial negotiationsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Aftermarket, and Technical Support teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.Represent the business at industry exhibitions, dealer events, and customer demonstrations.Ensure dealer compliance with brand standards, commercial agreements, and service expectations.Provide regular market intelligence and performance reporting to senior leadership.Profile of candidateProven experience developing and managing dealer or distributor networks within agricultural machineryStrong knowledge of the European agricultural market and dealer landscape.Experience launching or growing innovative products or technologies.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop new business oppo
