Client Lead (Media): Coordinating and managing media campaigns for assigned clients with an accent on strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and the adoption of AI-driven marketing technologies. Location: Hybrid role based in Milan, Italy Company WPP Media is a global, AI-driven media operating unit of WPP, specializing in creative personalization, data intelligence, and innovative media investment solutions. What you will do Define and execute innovative communication strategies using cutting-edge agency tools and AI technology. Manage assigned brand budgets while identifying new growth opportunities and meeting key performance indicators. Coordinate daily collaboration across strategic, digital, technology, and commercial internal functions.



Conduct advanced competitive analysis to provide data-driven strategic recommendations. Support the Client Director in high-level project development and fostering team talent. Ensure seamless delivery of media plans in compliance with corporate guidelines and client requirements. Requirements 8-10 years of experience in strategic media leadership or client management within the media industry. Fluent English (C1) is mandatory. Strong strategic and commercial acumen with experience in Pharma or FMCG sectors preferred. Demonstrated expertise in the digital, tech, and martech landscape. Proven ability to negotiate, advocate for client interests, and drive business growth. Capacity to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects using an Agile approach.
