FP&A; Director (Finance): Leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across the Group with an accent on process harmonization, team management, and strategic decision support. Focus on driving digital transformation through SAP S/4 HANA implementation and enhancing analytical capabilities to support senior management and shareholders. Location: Onsite in Parma, Italy Company Sidel is a multinational company specializing in packaging solutions and machinery. What you will do Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 local, central, and regional controllers. Oversee financial closing, reporting, and forecasting processes, including annual budgets and quarterly outlooks. Standardize controlling tools and methodologies across all legal entities. Support the implementation of the digital SAP S/4 HANA program.



Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI to improve reporting quality and analytical insights. Maintain internal financial policies and govern compliance across the area of responsibility. Requirements Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration . 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A; or Controlling in a multinational environment. Proven leadership experience managing multi-location teams. Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes. Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP, and data visualization tools like Power BI. English proficiency required . #J-18808-Ljbffr
