About Arcadia Arcadia is a non‐profit international NGO headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. The organization works to make university‐level education accessible worldwide and to foster a global appreciation for art through exhibitions and publications. Arcadia operates with a team of over 70 international researchers and shares knowledge freely via open‐access research articles. Key Responsibilities Publish job advertisements every Monday and conduct thorough candidate screenings throughout the week, ensuring accurate data entry in recruitment metrics. Participate in bi‐weekly Saturday interview sessions and evaluate candidates' qualifications in collaboration with HR consultants. Report directly to the Human Resources Recruitment Manager, providing updates on recruitment progress,



candidate trends, and hiring challenges, and support the refinement of hiring strategies. Skills and Competencies Required Strong experience in full‐cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation. Excellent interviewing and communication skills, able to conduct structured interviews and provide insightful evaluations. Exceptional organizational and data‐management skills with meticulous attention to detail and time‐management. Qualifications Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with at least two years of professional talent‐acquisition experience, or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of four years of proven recruitment experience.
