We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Retail & POS team in Italy. The successful candidate will act as the main liaison between Business and IT teams, translating business needs into functional requirements for POS and Retail solutions. Responsibilities Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, epics, and specifications for POS and Retail solutions. Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Tech Leads to support product strategy and continuous improvements. Support the rollout of POS solutions across multiple markets, ensuring successful adoption and addressing local business needs. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business processes, and support go‐live activities. Create and maintain functional documentation and training materials for business users and support teams.



Provide third‐level functional support by investigating and resolving issues after deployment. Ensure alignment between local market requirements and global product standards. Qualifications Degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail, Supply Chain or POS environments. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, POS solutions and Agile methodologies. Fluent Italian and English (minimum B2/C1 level). Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and ability to work in cross‐functional and international teams. Nice to have: Experience with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps. Knowledge of system integrations between POS, ERP and logistics platforms. Experience supporting international rollouts in multi‐country environments.
