Position details: Clinical Operations Specialist — Verona (hybrid) | Employment type: Permanent, tempo pieno | Closing date for applications: 22 luglio 2026 COB Responsibilities Clinical Supplies and Logistics: Facilitate timely and secure delivery of clinical trial material, ancillary study supplies and devices to clinical sites in collaboration with suppliers, local depot, customs brokers, couriers, and GSK teams. Oversee vendors managing local clinical supplies storage and supply distribution.



Maintain knowledge of importation and distribution requirements per local regulations and manufacturer requirements. Connect with internal and external experts to stay updated on regulatory changes and supply chain processes. Implement improvements to local processes to drive timely delivery and reliability of supply. Coordinate with the TMF documentation team on document preparation, tracking-system updates, and filing. Study Feasibility: Support execution of Confidentiality Agreements, Conflict of Interest forms and Data Privacy Notices. Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify or optimize processes related to their area of expertise. Budget Development and Negotiation: Lead budget development and negotiation with the site or supplier, ensuring fair market value and cost optimization while minimizing risk. Serve as a consultant/expert resource for study budget development and related systems/tools, including identifying cost variances and opportunitie
