Role mission:
Reporting to the Head of Retail Merchandising, the Retail Merchandiser will collaborate with the Retail Team in planning buying strategies for the European market. The role requires strong knowledge of the market and different store locations in which we operate, in order to support buying decisions and partner with store teams to drive business performance.




The Retail Merchandiser will be involved in all buying processes across categories, tailoring the assortment for the EU market and identifying opportunities to maximize retail sales.

How you will contribute

Partner with DOS and Outlet stores to ensure efficient buys and appropriate stock levels to maximize sales potential
Develop buying strategies, ensuring commercial trends are reflected in the product selection while maintaining a clear and consistent brand image
Build a strong product assortment to maintain a competitive edge and meet market demand
Collaborate in the retail buying process across all categories and seasons for the European market
Identify opportunities to maximize sales and improve product performance
Provide continuous buying feedback to store managers and sales teams
Work closely with the Merchandising team to address product needs, concerns, and opportunities
Analyze and report on product and collection performance based on store sales
