Position: Addetto/A Programmazione – Operations
Location: Tessera (VE), ItalyJob Type: Permanent, white‑collar
Responsibilities
- Ensure availability of needed resources to be compliant with production targets.
- Plan work orders and verify their feasibility in terms of stock coverage.
- Verify and support correct usage of production material by departments.
- Monitor operational progress, including cost evaluation and optimization to meet saving targets.
- Verify feasibility of activities related to the production cycle for Business orders.

Qualifications
- Required high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience,



or bachelor’s degree with no experience.
- Good knowledge of English (B1/B2).
- Ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of SAP (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of cost evaluation (not mandatory).
- Proactive and problem‑solving oriented.
- Must be able to work on shift.
