Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, control, and optimize pricing strategy and tools.
- Define pricing, promotions, and customer plans.
- Analyze and present data and strategic projects.
- Design calculation and pricing guidelines, including regular controlling.
- Conceptualize pricing KPIs and early‑warning indicators for efficient controlling and reporting.
- Support the creation of customer offers and be the daily contact for operations.
- Monitor performance trends and propose improvements.
- Perform statistical and performance analysis.
- Monitor competitor pricing and positioning.
- Analyze markets and sales strategies.
- Predict future scenarios and optimize pricing.
- Prepare communication to customers for pricing measures.




- Participate in product and business‑unit business cases.
- Manage stakeholders with excellent communication.

Requirements
- 5–7years’ experience in a similar function within structured and best‑in‑class companies.
- University degree in Economics or Business.
- Data‑driven approach.
- Strong focus on KPIs and process orientation.
- Innovative mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English and advanced level of Excel (PowerBI).

Other Details
Permanent employment contract. National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Sector (CCNLCommercio). RAL starting from €46000, determined according to objective and transparent criteria, including professional experience, specialized technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibility required, and alignment with the company’s compensation and grading framework.
