DXC Technology Italy seeks a Senior Public Sector Business Analyst to join the DXC AdvisoryX Offering.
Responsibilities
- Lead client interviews to identify business issues and define effective solutions.
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of functional and process analysis within assigned Public Sector engagements, from requirements gathering to solution validation.
- Document and design processes to increase efficiency—decreasing lead time, increasing throughput, and reducing cost—while analyzing and resolving complex process issues.
- Drive impact within the client’s organization by developing and transforming their business and IT strategies.
- Design roadmaps describing as‑is and to‑be customer environments.
- Contribute to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.
- Shape, prepare and deliver client presentations, workshops and proposals.
- Guide and mentor junior/mid‑level colleagues on analysis and requirements‑gathering activities.
- Coach and support individual clients, focusing on their personal success.




- Identify risks and assumptions, shape program governance, and interface directly with stakeholders to monitor alignment with business needs.
- Contribute to defining and optimizing processes and procedures within the Public Sector practice.
- Take part in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross‑functional teams.
- Contribute to the hiring process through interviews assessing analytical and functional competencies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
- Experience in Management Consulting, ideally within the Public Sector domain.
- Knowledge of EU Cohesion Policies and funding programs (e.g., ERDF/FESR, PNRR, ESF+, FSE+, JTF).
- Familiarity with systems such as REGIS, OpenCoesione, FSC, SIL, and strategic program monitoring.
- Experience in Data Intelligence
