Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with operational and organizational goals.
- Lead employee and industrial relations activities, fostering constructive relationships with trade unions while ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements and employment regulations.
- Manage disciplinary procedures and complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, company policies,



and consistent application of HR practices.
- Monitor labour cost and workforce planning with a focus on absenteeism, overtime, and other key HR metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
- Support managers in performance management, learning, development and talent initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent aligned with business needs.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, team effectiveness, and leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Coach and advise managers on people management, career development, and building high-performing teams.

Attitudes and qualifications
- You have 6+ years of experience in HR roles within multinational companies with a solid background as a Plant HR Business Partner, or Industrial Relations Expert.
