Regional Access Manager (RAM) Neuraxpharm seeks a Regional Access Manager based in Lombardia, Triveneto or Emilia Romagna, Italy. The role reports to the Head of Market Access and is pivotal to ensuring patient access to necessary medical therapies while building a positive reputation for the company within the payers community in the assigned territory. Responsibilities Drive the development of access strategy in the assigned territory, considering national policies and regional/local environments to maximize market potential. Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with decision‐makers, payors, pharmacists, KOLs, institutional and political experts, and all relevant stakeholders influencing portfolio success. Accelerate time to market and access by supporting portfolio launch and entry into regional, local and hospital formularies, optimizing pricing and positioning versus competitors.



Provide economic and institutional insights and feedback to support the development of market‐access strategies, product launch plans and economic materials. Lead pharmacoeconomic and value‐based communication at local and regional levels, collaborating with specialists and key account managers regarding pharmacist interaction. Manage patient journey communication and product positioning at payer level. Collaborate directly with local public authorities in accordance with company guidelines. Partner with field team members (MSLs, representatives, KAMs) and central departments to share relevant information, dynamics, strategies, and solutions. Attend trainings, courses and conferences for continuous professional development. Operate in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and ethical guidelines for interactions with professionals. Qualifications Scientific or economic degree.
