Type of teaching commitment: The researcher will be required to undertake teaching activities in courses falling within the Scientific Disciplinary Sector 12-GIUR 05/A (Constitutional and Public Law). This will include both core (foundational) courses and courses related to other areas within the sector, such as protection of fundamental rights, principles concerning social rights and the organization of related services, and issues related to constitutional justice. Type of scientific commitment: The researcher's scientific activity shall be carried out within the scientific domains pertaining to Scientific Disciplinary Sector 12-GIUR 05/A – Constitutional and Public Law. The focus will be on topics related to constitutional organization, constitutional protection of fundamental rights, constitutional justice, and the system of legal sources, including issues emerging from the process of European integration.
