Overview Zenith Global, now part of IQ-EQ, is a financial intermediary specialised in structured finance transactions. The organisation manages SPVs and assets, with a focus on governance, efficiency and inclusion. Zenith Global seeks to strengthen its Organization & Special Projects team with a Business Analyst who will report to the Head of Organization & Special Projects and contribute to the development of key areas of responsibility. Responsibilities Manage and continuously improve business processes related to the procurement of company assets (IT equipment and telecommunications) and the delivery of support services. Coordinate and oversee procurement and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and organizational standards. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including document administration, renewal tracking, and invoice processing. Coordinate the management of the company vehicle fleet and related operational activities. Support the review, update, and implementation of company policies and procedures,



partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure their effectiveness and consistency. Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency by analyzing operational workflows and recommending process improvements. Prepare regular reports and performance analyses to support process monitoring, operational effectiveness, and organizational compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma. Solid understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional business operations. Strong analytical skills, with experience in operational analysis and document management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines.
