Position Overview In line with the Foundation mission, the resource will have to identify the main areas of digital development, defining strategies to achieve objectives and managing the projects from ideation to delivery.

Tasks & Responsibilities Identify opportunities, creating and supervising the execution of a plan through specific initiatives.
Identify potential sources of funding.
Technical elaboration of the project and planning in collaboration with the Presidency and the administrative area.
Budget supervision, constant monitoring of potential risks and cost implications, review of project resources and analysis to verify if they meet the project needs.
Ongoing evaluation of work methods and processes and consequent formulation of recommendations for improvement.
Identification and implementation of KPIs and project metrics.
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, developing appropriate communication channels.




Evaluation of the results achieved and production of reports.
Requirements Master's Degree (certified studies in Project Cycle Management are considered preferential qualifications).
Proven experience in managing national and international digital projects, preferably in non‐profit structures, associations or foundations.
Passion for IT and digital projects, with in‐depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web technologies.
Ability to work with Agile Project Management methodologies.
Ability to manage teamwork within articulated working groups.
Strong communication and relationship skills with the different parties involved in the project.
Strong organizational and problem‐solving skills.
Result orientation and innovative and data‐driven approach in project management.
Ability to work under pressure, with very tight deadlines, to change direction when necessary and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
