Responsibilities Contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated IP. Act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. Showcase expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. Maintain recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies. Find new ways of solving problems by creating hypotheses and defining methods to validate them. Document work results (findings, designs, or software) to allow others to maintain and improve them. Understand and initiate IP generation in your area of specialization and participate in the project IP strategy development. Collaborate with RD, Service, Sales Teams,
and Customers, supporting Electrification Smart Power globally. Qualifications Highly skilled and passionate in modeling and simulating electrical distribution networks (AC and DC), including Power Converters, Circuit Breakers, Fuses, etc. 5+ years of experience in Selectivity Analysis, Load Flow, Transients Analysis, and Optimizations. Experience as a Senior Power Systems Architect with Computer-Aided Engineering tools. Qualified in MATLAB‐Simulink, PSCAD, Power Factory, PSSE, EMTP‐ATP, etc. Proven experience in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronic Systems).
