Experteer Overview As Regional Sales Manager for Companion Animals, you drive growth across Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Umbria, Marche, Abruzzo and Molise. You lead a regional sales team, shape territory and key account strategies, and build strong relationships with veterinarians and clinics. You act as a trusted advisor to improve patient care, clinic efficiency, and business outcomes. This role combines leadership, commercial acumen, and cross‐functional collaboration to strengthen our position in the companion animal market. corporate groups and key stakeholders Act as a trusted advisor to identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, efficiency and business performance Identify and drive new business, upsell and cross‐sell opportunities within the portfolio Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to support adoption, retention and long‐term value Support product launches and commercial initiatives while maintaining market and product knowledge Monitor team and territory performance and implement improvement plans Represent the company at veterinary conferences, events and customer education programs Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts and sales activity in CRM systems Responsabilità 3–5 years of experience in senior commercial or customer‐facing roles in animal health or related industries Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, veterinary science, animal science, marketing, or related field Strong understanding of the companion animal market and v
