Posizione:
The IT Help Desk Intern will support the daily operations of the IT Department by providing first-level technical assistance to employees across corporate offices, retail boutiques, and international locations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic luxury fashion environment while working alongside experienced IT professionals.
Responsibilities and general duties:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware,
software, printers, mobile devices, and network-related issues.
Respond to and track IT support requests through the ticketing system.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS workstations.
Assist with user account creation, password resets, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new employees.
Support meeting room technology, video conferencing systems, and office equipment.
Assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
Document technical procedures and maintain IT inventory records.
Collaborate with external vendors when required.
Support IT projects, including hardware rollouts, office openings, and technology upgrades.
Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and data protection standards.
Requisiti:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information
