To support our important development initiatives, we are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist who will analyze existing operational processes and develop projects to improve and make them more efficient. What will your challenges be? Monitoring performance and production processes to identify areas for improvement, liaising with operators and managers to assess their needs; Implementing projects based on Lean Manufacturing methodology within the production area; Coordinating and monitoring improvement projects; Collaborating at the Division level (Montana Spain) providing technical/procurement support; Processing and analyzing production data (KPIs, daily production,
line downtime, etc.); Supporting the Production department on matters related to operational processes. What do we offer? Master's degree in Management, Industrial, or Process Engineering Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel) Experience with and use of an ERP system (preferably SAP) Excellent command of English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus) Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology Results-oriented mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
