Experteer Overview In this role you drive engagement with laboratories, translating customer needs into tailored CLS solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to map workflows, design value-based offerings, and support complex deals. You'll present differentiators, support negotiations, and help upskill the sales force. This position combines technical consulting with strategic account management to elevate Siemens Healthineers CLS as a trusted industry benchmark.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Engage customers and build relationships with laboratory managers and KOLs to enhance satisfaction and uncover opportunities
- Collaborate across functions to map customer workflows and design tailored CLS solutions
- Prioritize sales activities, develop joint action plans with Territory Managers, and ensure execution with internal teams
- Deliver compelling presentations and contribute to commercial offers with a focus on analytical configurations and consumables
- Provide strategic technical support during disputes, stay informed on market dynamics, and support training initiatives




- Assist in training and coaching the sales force and maintain project momentum with progress reportingFor high-complexity projects, apply Value Selling Methodology and create advanced layouts using CAD, Visio, and 3D tools
- Integrate Automation, AI, Digital IT, BI, and Robotics into innovative project solutions

Responsabilità
- 3–5 years in Diagnostics, specifically Core Lab Solutions (Immunochemistry, Chemistry, Automation)
- Experience in cross-functional xrdztoy environments with commercial and innovative customer solutions
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Italy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a matrix-organized environment
