Lead Application Engineer

I am recruiting for a Lead Application Engineer to join my client's team in northern Italy. This customer-facing role supports semiconductor companies that use custom IC design tools, with a focus on analog simulation and AI-enabled design flows.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for custom IC front-end design solutions
Support customers using analog simulation and SPICE-based tools
Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and training
Resolve complex technical issues remotely and onsite
Work with engineering teams to share customer feedback
Build strong customer relationships across Italy
Requirements
Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
5 to 10 years of experience in analog IC design, EDA or application engineering
Good understanding of custom IC front end design flows
Experience working in Linux or Unix environments
Fluent in Italian and English
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
4 days on-site each week
