FP&A; Specialist (f/m/d) Parental leave cover until March 2027, position available immediately.
Your Role You support disciplined overhead cost management and ensure reliable, timely reporting to the region. In doing so, you will further build solid Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Partnering competencies.
Your Responsibilities Support the budgeting, forecasting, and actuals analysis of overhead costs across all functions
Prepare and present monthly variance analyses (Budget / Forecast / Prior Year)
Track accruals and cost developments, including quality assurance
Prepare reporting files and commentary for regional reporting
Contribute to the monthly regional reporting packages
Conduct analyses of cost, headcount, and overhead developments
Prepare dashboards, presentations, and decision‐making materials
Ensure consistent and high‐quality data across systems (SAP, Excel, planning tools)




Your Profile Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
Initial practical experience in Controlling or FP&A; (e.g. internship or entry‐level role)
Very good Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with a structured and reliable working style
Interest in cost management, reporting, and financial analysis
Business‐fluent German and English skills
