AstraZeneca in Milan is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our HR Services Team within the Global Business Services HUB. You will support Italy payroll processes, ensure data accuracy and compliant reporting, and provide excellent service to Italian-based employees.
You will collaborate with the payroll provider, manage statutory filings, and act as a subject matter expert on Italian payroll regulations and CBA, working in Italian and English.
