Experteer Overview As Product Sales Expert for Specialty Lab Solutions, you drive tailored hematology and hemostasis solutions within our Diagnostics Sales team. You will translate customer needs into Siemens Healthineers offerings, collaborating with cross-functional groups to win opportunities. You will engage laboratory leaders and KOLs, present differentiating value, and support bids and tenders while shaping post-sale success. This role offers meaningful impact in healthcare delivery and opportunities to grow within a global leader.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Visit existing customers regularly to monitor satisfaction and uncover opportunities
- Collaborate with Territory Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Consulting Solutions to identify business opportunities
- Define priorities in the sales pipeline and share action plans with the Territory Manager
- Analyze customer environment and design appropriate laboratory solutions
- Present products and differentiators to customers
- Build networks with laboratory managers and KOLs
- Contribute to training,



development, and coaching of the sales force
- Produce project progress reports aligned with timelines
- Develop technical and project proposals for tenders and negotiations
- Contribute to commercial offers, especially analytical configurations and consumables
- Provide technical support in disputes and litigation scenarios
- Gather competitive intelligence and monitor market dynamics

Responsabilità

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Availability to travel up to 50% within Italy
