Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience working with Google Ads technology or similar digital advertising platforms.
8 years of experience in technical consulting, product management, or solution architecture and project management in a customer-facing role.
Experience in building proof of concepts using web or scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL databases.
Experience in translating business needs into technical specifications.
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree in a technical field.




Experience in an online advertising/customer growth role and familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
Understanding of advertising technologies, APIs, and data integration.
Ability to learn complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.
Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent problem‐solving and project management skills.
Ability to code with Java or Python, and construct complex SQL queries along with database knowledge.

As the Product Deployment Engineer (PDE) Manager, you are the strategic leader and primary link between gTech Ads, Google Customer Solutions (GCS) regional leadership, and Product and Sales Activation (PSA). You unify these functions to graduate customers along the product adoption maturity curve. A critical mandate involves liaising with GCS PSA Leaders, Global Product Leads, and the Ads Solutions Engineering Centre of Excellenc
