Head of Audit Projects

We are looking for a Head of Audit Projects & Coordination who will work within the Audit Projects & Coordination department supporting its Head in the Reporting activity and in the Projects assigned.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Preparation of the Reporting to Corporate Bodies (Audit Plan, Quarterly and Yearly Reporting, etc)
Preparation of the Reporting for Key Stakeholders (Outstanding Audit Issue Report, etc.)
Interaction with the Corporate Affairs Function with reference to the Risk&Control; Committee/Board of Directors' Deliverables, Agenda and Minutes
Coordination of the Audit Risk Assessment
Coordination of the Transversal Projects of the Audit Function
Contribution to the execution of the Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics projects
Requirements
University Degree in economic, statistic, law or similar
At least 8 years of previous experience in an audit and/or consultancy firm within the reporting department and as an audit manager
Previous experience in a Regulated institution (insurance/ financial company)

Solid managerial skills and good leadership to inspire and motivate other colleagues to perform well
Ability to provide feedback and encourage growth, motivation and development of staff
Excellent Resilience, ability to work under pressure, to manage time and problem solving
Robust ability to prioritize all the activities and to promptly manage the changes in their schedule
Strong ability in achieving the targets and attitude in doing the extra mile
What we offer
We offer employment at the Manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 80K€ and 93K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate's professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
