Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry galley aboard our cruise ships. You will manage production, quality, and presentation of pastry and desserts for daily menus, while coaching the pastry team and coordinating with the Assistant Pastry Chef.
Responsibilities include forecasting production, minimizing waste, ensuring USPH compliance, and preparing for inspections.
