Teceze is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill/Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or during dispatch activities. You will troubleshoot desktops; install, configure, and maintain hardware/software; handle IMAC tasks; and coordinate with vendors for escalations.
Necesarrily capable of supporting Mac and Windows, with strong communication and independent work skills, and a willingness to cover after-hours events as needed.
