As the commercial leader for Kimpton Villa Miramare Taormina, you drive the hotel's integrated strategy to maximize total revenue. You will lead Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR and Business Development to position the property as the premier luxury destination in Taormina and the wider Mediterranean. You collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share while building strategic partnerships. This role combines brand stewardship with performance, shaping initiatives across channels and markets. You join an elite luxury brand, with opportunities to influence a high-profile opening and ongoing commercial growth.Benefits
- Develop and refine the integrated commercial strategy across Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR and Business Development
- Lead negotiations for corporate agreements, partnerships and RFPs
- Drive leisure, luxury,



MICE and group business while optimizing mix and profitability
- Build relationships with luxury travel advisors, DMCs, tour operators and corporate clients
- Manage brand positioning, creative content, and cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Oversee PR plans, media relations and international events participation
- Optimize distribution strategies and direct vs OTA performance; leverage CRM and IHG systems
- Develop and strengthen relationships with luxury networks (Virtuoso, Signature, etc.)
- Monitor KPIs (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Market Share, CPA, ROI) and translate insights into action
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing team and manage budget and talent
- Represent the hotel at international sales missions and luxury travel events

Responsibilities
- Extensive experience as Director of Sales & Marketing or Senior Commercial Leader in luxury five-star hotels
- Pre-opening luxury hotel
