What You Will Do
Design and deliver classroom and online training, ensuring quality and engagement.
Identify learning needs and translate them into targeted initiatives.
Analyze KPIs (revenue, NPS, complaints, turnover) to improve performance through training.
Manage onboard mentoring programs, supporting integration and development.
Support managers in coaching and on‐the‐job training.
Promote learning and increase participation through effective communication.
Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and reporting.
Integrate safety (HESS) and sustainability into training activities.
Who You Are
Solid experience in training and development.
Strong drive to create impact in an international, fast‐paced environment.
•Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related fields.




Experience in Language and soft skills training delivery (instructional design a plus).
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
English and Italian knowledge at least at B2 level.
Organizational, analytical and business‐oriented mindset.
Background in Hospitality & Tourism or experience in multicultural environments (Nice to have).
Experience in English teaching or learning delivery in international contexts (Nice to have).
