HR Guidance: Offer advice and guidance to employees on a variety of HR-related issues. Collaboration with Centers of Excellence: Work with Centers of Excellence to improve the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the company. HR Initiatives: Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives. Knowledge and Skills Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
