For our Client JUVISE' an International pharmaceutical company Pharma Point is looking for a:COUNTRY LEAD ITALYThe Country Lead is a pivotal role responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's operations within Italy. As a Country Lead in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a critical role in driving growth, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement country-specific strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.Drive business growth by expanding into new markets and optimizing operational efficiency.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, customers, suppliers, and partners.Represent the company at industry events and conferences.Team Management:Lead and motivate a high-performing team,



ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Oversee employees and contractors, managing their performance and development.Financial Oversight:Manage the country's profit and loss (P&L;) statement, ensuring profitability and cost control.Monitor budget performance and financial metrics.Compliance:Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and industry standards.Implement best practices for quality and safety.Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.In-depth knowledge of Italian's culture, customs, and business practices.Fluency in Italian and English.Objectives:Develop and execute a country-specific strategy in alignment with company goals.Achieve sales targets and market share growth in Italy.Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners. xrdztoy Ensure compliance wi
