Legal Counsel – Commercial & Digital to join our Legal & Compliance Department, playing a key role in providing legal support to the company's commercial and digital functions. The Legal Counsel will report to the Legal & Compliance Director of OBI Italy. Key Responsibilities Providing legal support to the commercial teams on multiple business initiatives, including sales, supply of goods, marketing, digital, and e‐commerce activities; Delivering day‐to‐day legal advice and supporting the implementation of international business projects; Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of documents and agreements including SPAs, website T&Cs;, prize contest regulation, sponsorship agreements, contracts with agencies and content creators, other service agreements, NDAs, settlement agreements etc.; Providing strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on Marketing, Communication and Creative initiatives working under tight deadlines; Managing negotiation
