Text Analytics Specialist
Posizione in Generali Italia. Disponibile in Milan, Trieste.
The Group Advanced Analytics and Automation Solutions Unit is in charge of driving the execution of key Advanced Analytics projects at Group level, related both to AI‐driven automation and AI recommendations/predictions, and support local BUs, where needed, to implement local projects; the unit is also responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving the library of central shared analytics / automation services available for the BUs through a central platform.
Responsabilità
Collaborates with cross‐functional teams to analyse business requirements and design robust and scalable solutions.
Develop, test, and maintain high‐quality Python code for various applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Implement and optimise algorithms to solve complex problems, demonstrating strong problem‐solving skills.
Works with DevOps teams and the Digital Factory to deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure.
Participates in code reviews to ensure code quality,



adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Troubleshoots and debug applications to identify and fix issues promptly.
Stays up‐to‐date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Requisiti
Degree in scientific disciplines (mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics).
Strong problem‐solving skills, creativity and determination.
Excellent analytical and deductive skills, familiar with the design and evaluation of algorithms.
Proven experience as a Python Developer with 1‐3 years of hands‐on development experience.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS.
Familiarity with containerisation technologies, such as Docker.
Familiarity with basic design patterns like Abstract Factory, Builder, Prototype
