As an Associate Engineering Manager in the Consumer Wealth domain, you will coach a 3–5 engineer squad, drive a clear technical roadmap, and collaborate with product, design, and fellow managers to deliver scalable fintech features. You translate business goals into technical plans, optimize agile workflows, and report progress to leadership. You mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and growth in a fast-moving, regulated setting. This role offers ownership and the chance to shape how millions save, invest, and grow their money.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead and grow a Consumer-oriented squad (3–5 engineers)

- Partner with senior technical leads on architecture discussions and decisions

Responsabilità
- Engineering leadership experience (5+ years in backend, 2+ years managing a squad)
- Strong empathy and coaching skills with inclusive, collaborative culture
- Backend expertise and cloud architecture knowledge for distributed systems
- Proven xrdztoy delivery ownership with Agile methods and data-driven improvement
- Clear English communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in fintech and investment products within a regulated, high-trust environment
