As a Senior Recruiter with primary focus on Europe, you will execute effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions that will attract the right talent for the organization.
Full cycle recruitment for a broad range of team disciplines for BIC in multiple global locations
Manages the overall candidate experience, coaches hiring managers on the process and implements recommendations for continuous improvement
Brings new and innovating sourcing pipelines; Executes candidate workflow within Applicant Tracking System, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter
Monitors and reduces the costs of the recruitment process
5+ years' recruiting experience; including experience in a corporate recruiting role and/or in an agency/search firm role
~ Fluency in English & Italian, any other language a plus
~ Experience with tools and technology such as Success Factors, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar functionality is required
~ International recruitment experience
~ Past experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
~ Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiating skills
~ A proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in-depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates
~ Demonstrated experience establishing cus
